§ 64.1-155. When to sell other goods.

If the goods so sold be not sufficient to pay the funeral expenses, chargesof administration, debts and legacies, the personal representative shall sellat public auction or private sale so much of the other goods and chattels asmay be necessary to pay the same, having regard to the privilege of specificlegacies and to the provisions of Article 5.1 (§ 64.1-151.1 et seq.) of thischapter.
