§ 64.1-180.1. Payment of bequests, etc., to persons standing in loco parentisto certain beneficiaries.

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a distribution to aperson standing in loco parentis to an incapacitated person or an infantpursuant to authorization under subdivision (1) (p) of § 64.1-57 or acomparable provision in a will or trust instrument may be approved by thecommissioner of accounts without regard to the amount or value of the fund orproperty.
