§ 65.2-1302. Compensation and expenses of members of Statewide CoordinatingCommittee and regional peer review committees.

Each member of the Statewide Coordinating Committee and regional peer reviewcommittees shall receive for each day actually employed in the performance ofhis official duties such compensation as may be fixed by the VirginiaWorkers' Compensation Commission and all reasonable and necessary expensesincurred in the performance of such duties. The compensation and expenses ofthe members and the necessary expenses of the Committee shall be paid by theVirginia Workers' Compensation Commission.
