§ 65.2-813. Insurance deemed subject to title; approval of forms.

Every policy for the insurance of the compensation herein provided or againstliability therefor shall be deemed to be made subject to the provisions ofthis title. No corporation, association or organization shall enter into anysuch policy of insurance unless its form shall have been approved by theWorkers' Compensation Commission.
