§ 66-2. Supervision of the Department.

The Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice shall, under the directionof the Governor, be responsible for the supervision of the Department andshall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may beconferred or imposed by law upon him. He shall perform such other duties asmay be required of him by the Governor and the Secretary of Public Safety.
