§ 66-22.1. Establishment of stores in juvenile correctional facilities.

The Director is hereby authorized to provide for the establishment andoperation of stores or commissaries in state juvenile correctional facilitiesto deal in such articles as he deems proper. The profits from the operationof such stores shall be used for educational, recreational, or other purposesbeneficial to the juveniles committed to the Department as may be prescribedby the Director.
