§ 66-32. Withdrawal from program.

Any participating county or city may, at the beginning of any calendarquarter, by ordinance or resolution of its governing authority, notify theDirector of its intention to withdraw from the grant program. Such withdrawalshall be effective the last day of the quarter in which such notice is given.
