§ 67-1107. Cost to Commonwealth in connection with inspection andcoordination of construction of line to be paid by renewable generator.

The actual costs and expenses of the Commonwealth for the inspection orcoordination of the construction or installation of any of the distributionfacilities of the renewable generator, under the provisions of this chapter,under any permit of the Commonwealth Transportation Board shall be borne bythe renewable generator. The sum of the payment required by this sectionshall be paid to the Department of Transportation within 30 days from thereceipt of a progress or final bill from the Department of Transportation.
