§ 67-1204. Port facilities upgrades.

The Authority may establish public-private partnerships with entitiespursuant to the Public-Private Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Actof 2002 (§ 56-575.1 et seq.) for the upgrade of port facilities and otherlogistical equipment and sites to accommodate the manufacturing and assemblyof offshore wind energy project components and vessels that will support theconstruction and operations of offshore wind energy projects. Any partnershipestablished pursuant to this subsection shall stipulate that the Authorityand the entities shall share the costs of the upgrade.
