§ 67-1209. Annual report.

On or before October 15 of each year, the Authority shall submit an annualsummary of its activities and recommendations to the Governor and thechairmen of the House Appropriations Committee, the Senate Finance Committee,and the House and Senate Commerce and Labor Committees.
