§ 67-203. Submission of Plan.

Upon completion, the Division shall submit the Plan, including periodicupdates thereto, to the Governor, the Commissioners of the State CorporationCommission, and the General Assembly. The Plan shall be submitted as providedin the procedures of the Division of Legislative Automated Systems for theprocessing of legislative documents. The Plan's executive summary shall beposted on the General Assembly's website.
