§ 8.01-388. Judicial notice of official publications.

The court shall take judicial notice of the contents of all officialpublications of this Commonwealth and its political subdivisions and agenciesrequired to be published pursuant to the laws thereof, and of all suchofficial publications of other states, of the United States, of othercountries, and of the political subdivisions and agencies of each publishedwithin those jurisdictions pursuant to the laws thereof.
