§ 8.01-465.9. Enforceability of a foreign country money judgment.

Except as provided in § 8.01-465.10, a foreign country money judgment meetingthe requirements of § 8.01-465.8 is conclusive between the parties to theextent that it grants or denies recovery of a sum of money. The foreigncountry money judgment is enforceable in the same manner as the judgment of asister state which is entitled to full faith and credit.
