§ 8.01-548. Who may levy attachment and on what.

An attachment may be levied upon any estate of the defendant, whether thesame be in the county or city in which the attachment issued, or in anyother, either by the officer of the county or city wherein the attachmentissued, or by the officer of the county or city where the estate is.
