§ 8.01-581.5. When hearing to be held; notice to parties.

The plaintiff or defendant may request the medical review panel to hold ahearing on any claim referred to the medical review panel, in which case themedical review panel shall conduct a hearing thereon in accordance with §8.01-581.6 after notice to the parties by means adequate to ensure theirpresence at the time and place of the hearing.
