§ 8.01-581.015. Venue.

Except as provided in subsection B of § 8.01-262.1, an initial applicationshall be made to the court of the county or city in which the agreementprovides the arbitration hearing shall be held or, if the hearing has beenheld, in the county or city in which it was held. Otherwise, venue of theapplication shall be as provided in Chapter 5 (§ 8.01-257 et seq.) of thistitle. All subsequent applications shall be made to the court hearing theinitial application unless the court otherwise directs.
