§ 8.1A-108. Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National CommerceAct.

This title modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signaturesin Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., except thatnothing in this title modifies, limits, or supersedes § 7001(c) of that Actor authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described in §7003(b) of that Act.
