§ 9.1-109. Administration of federal programs.

The Board is designated as the supervisory board and the Department isdesignated as the planning and coordinating agency responsible for theimplementation and administration of any federal programs for strengtheningand improving law enforcement, the administration of criminal justice, anddelinquency prevention and control throughout the Commonwealth.
