§ 9.1-131. Annual audits.

The Board shall ensure that annual audits are conducted of a representativesample of state and local criminal justice agencies to ensure compliance withthis article and Board regulations. The Board shall adopt such regulations asmay be necessary for the conduct of audits, the retention of records tofacilitate such audits, the determination of necessary corrective actions,and the reporting of corrective actions taken.
