§ 9.1-175. Board to prescribe standards; biennial plan.

The Board shall approve standards as prescribed by the Department for thedevelopment, implementation, operation and evaluation of localcommunity-based probation services and facilities authorized by this article.Any city, county or combination thereof which establishes and provides localcommunity-based probation services pursuant to this article shall submit abiennial criminal justice plan to the Department for review and approval.
