9.1-185.16 - Department submission to the State Corporation Commission.

§ 9.1-185.16. Department submission to the State Corporation Commission.

A. The Department shall provide to the State Corporation Commission a list ofall newly licensed surety bondsmen each month.

B. When the Department terminates a surety bail bondsman's license, theDepartment shall immediately notify the State Corporation Commission of thesurety bail bondsman's termination and the reason for such termination.
