§ 9.1-185.17. Department submissions to local and regional correctionalfacilities.

Once a year, the Department shall provide to each local and regionalcorrectional facility a list of all licensed bail bondsmen in theCommonwealth. The list shall consist of each bondsman's individual name, thename of the bondsman's business and the address where the bondsman's officeis physically located. The Department shall update the list monthly and havethe list available on its website.
