§ 9.1-190. Crisis intervention team program assessment.

The Department, and the Department of Behavioral Health and DevelopmentalServices, shall assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of thecrisis intervention team programs in meeting the program goals. Theassessment shall include, but not be limited to, consideration of the numberof incidents, injuries to the parties involved, successes and problemsencountered, the overall operation of the crisis intervention team programs,and recommendations for improvement of the program. The Department, and theDepartment of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, shall submit areport to the Joint Commission on Health Care by November 15, 2009, 2010, and2011.
