§ 9.1-200. Department of Fire Programs.

There is created a Department of Fire Programs that shall be headed by aDirector who shall be appointed by the Governor to serve at his pleasure. TheDepartment shall be the designated state agency to receive and disburse anyfunds available to the Commonwealth under the Federal Fire Prevention andControl Act (P. L. 93-498).
