§ 9.1-303. Informal counseling not prohibited.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the informalcounseling of a firefighter or emergency medical technician by a supervisorin reference to a minor infraction of policy or procedure which does notresult in disciplinary action being taken against the firefighter oremergency medical technician.
