15.24.808 - Expenditure of bond proceeds.

Expenditure of bond proceeds.

Subject to legislative appropriation, all proceeds from the sale of the bonds authorized in RCW 15.24.802 shall be administered and expended by the Washington apple commission exclusively for the purposes specified in RCW 15.24.802.
