Safety net funds — Application — Technical assistance — Annual survey. (Effective until September 1, 2011.)

The office of the superintendent of public instruction shall review and streamline the application process to access special education safety net funds, provide technical assistance to school districts, and annually survey school districts regarding improvements to the process.
