29A.44.070 - Opening and closing polls.

Opening and closing polls.

At all primaries and elections, general or special, in all counties the polls must be kept open from seven o'clock a.m. to eight o'clock p.m. All qualified electors who are at the polling place at eight o'clock p.m., shall be allowed to cast their votes.
