29A.84.680 - Absentee ballots.

Absentee ballots.

(1) A person who willfully violates any provision of chapter 29A.40 RCW regarding the assertion or declaration of qualifications to receive or cast an absentee ballot or unlawfully casts a vote by absentee ballot is guilty of a class C felony punishable under RCW 9A.20.021.

     (2) Except as provided in this chapter, a person who willfully violates any other provision of chapter 29A.40 RCW is guilty of a misdemeanor.
