42.17.380 - Duties of attorney general.

Duties of attorney general. (Effective until January 1, 2012.)

The attorney general, through his office, shall supply such assistance as the commission may require in order to carry out its responsibilities under this chapter. The commission may employ attorneys who are neither the attorney general nor an assistant attorney general to carry out any function of the attorney general prescribed in this chapter.
