Washington global health technologies and product development account.

The Washington global health technologies and product development account is created in the custody of the state treasurer. Only the board of directors of the Washington global health technologies and product development competitiveness program or the board's designee may authorize expenditures from the account. All federal moneys received from the solicitations required in RCW 43.374.010 and all state funds appropriated for the specific purposes of the Washington global health technologies and product development competitiveness program must be deposited in the account. Expenditures from the account may be used only for funding activities of the Washington global health technologies and product development competitiveness program created in RCW 43.374.010. The account is subject to the allotment procedures under chapter 43.88 RCW, but an appropriation is not required for expenditures.
