46.09.320 - Certificates of title. - Washington Statutes

Certificates of title. (Effective July 1, 2011.)

The department shall issue a certificate of title to the owner of an off-road vehicle. The owner shall pay the fee established under RCW 46.17.100. Issuance of the certificate of title does not qualify the vehicle for registration under *chapter 46.16 RCW.
