46.17.140 - Late transfer of title penalty. - Washington Statutes

Late transfer of title penalty. (Effective July 1, 2011.)

The penalty for a late transfer under RCW 46.12.650(7) is twenty-five dollars assessed on the sixteenth day after the date of delivery and two dollars for each additional day thereafter, but the total penalty must not exceed one hundred dollars. The penalty must be distributed under RCW 46.68.020.
