Small rural disproportionate share hospital payments. (Expires July 1, 2013.)

Upon satisfaction of the applicable conditions set forth in RCW 74.60.150(1), small rural disproportionate share payments shall be increased to one hundred twenty percent of the level in effect as of June 30, 2009, for the period from and after July 1, 2009, until July 1, 2013. Initial payments, covering the period from July 1, 2009, to the date when the applicable conditions under RCW 74.60.150(1) are satisfied, shall be made within sixty calendar days after those conditions are satisfied. Subsequent payments shall be made directly to hospitals by the department on a periodic basis.
