87.03.245 - Deputy secretaries for assessment.
Deputy secretaries for assessment.
The board of directors must allow the secretary as many deputies, to be appointed by them, as will, in the judgment of the board, enable him to complete the assessment within the time herein prescribed. The board must fix the compensation of such deputies for the time actually engaged.
