89.30.325 - Disbursement of funds by county treasurer. - Washington Statutes

Disbursement of funds by county treasurer.

Said county treasurer shall pay out the moneys received or deposited with him or any portion thereof upon warrants issued by the county auditor against the proper funds of the district except the sums to be paid out of the bond fund for principal and interest payments on bonds.
