§18-23-18. Operation and control of fiscal affairs of dormitories, housing facilities, food service facilities and motor vehicle parking facilities.
The governing boards shall properly maintain, repair, operate, manage and control the fiscal affairs of the dormitories, housing facilities, food service facilities and motor vehicle parking facilities, fix the rates of rents, fees or charges and establish rules for the use and operation of such dormitories, housing facilities, food service facilities and motor vehicle parking facilities for the welfare of the students or teachers and may make and enter into all contracts or agreements necessary and incidental to the performance of their duties and the execution of their powers under this article.
