§46-11-102. Preservation of old transition provision.
The provisions of section 102, article 10 of this chapter shall continue to apply to the new Uniform Commercial Code and for this purpose the old Uniform Commercial Code and new Uniform Commercial Code shall be considered one continuous statute.
