111.905 Rights of consumer.

111.905(1)

(1) This subchapter does not interfere with the rights of the consumer to hire, discharge, suspend, promote, retain, lay off, supervise, or discipline home care providers or to set conditions and duties of employment.

111.905(2)

(2) A home care provider is an at will provider of home care services to a consumer and this subchapter does not interfere with that relationship.
