452.04 Duties of board. In addition to the other duties and responsibilities of the board under this chapter, the board shall:452.04(1)
(1) Advise the secretary on matters relating to real estate practice. The board may conduct public hearings on matters relating to the approval of forms used in real estate practice.452.04(2)
(2) Advise the secretary on rule making relating to licensees and relating to the board as provided by s. 452.07.452.04 - ANNOT.
