944.16 Adultery.

944.16 Adultery. Whoever does either of the following is guilty of a Class I felony:944.16(1)
(1) A married person who has sexual intercourse with a person not the married person's spouse; or944.16(2)
(2) A person who has sexual intercourse with a person who is married to another.944.16 - ANNOT.
