CHAPTER 15 - CIVIL AIR PATROL

 

19-15-101. Civil air patrol; authorization of expenditure of statefunds.

 

(a) The department may expend state funds for the purchase of:

 

(i) Civil air patrol aviation education training aids;

 

(ii) Books and equipment;

 

(iii) Maintenance and hangar rents of "on-loan" UnitedStates air force aircraft; and

 

(iv) Maintenance supplies and equipment for a communicationsnetwork for the civil air patrol.

 

(b) The department may expend state funds for administrativecosts of the civil air patrol.

 

19-15-102. Approval of purchase order.

 

Noexpenditure of state funds shall be made unless a purchase order is approved bythe department. Funds are under the control of the department.
