      Sec. 14-103b. High-mileage vehicles, regulations re safety and performance standards. The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 which (1) establish safety and performance standards and (2) require any safety equipment the commissioner deems necessary for any high-mileage vehicle, as defined in section 14-1.
