Sec. 14-115a. Request for abstract of operating record. - Connecticut Statutes

      Sec. 14-115a. Request for abstract of operating record. No process to compel the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to furnish a copy of an abstract of a driver's history record of any person shall be issued unless such request is in writing and unless at least seven working days have elapsed since the receipt thereof by the commissioner.
