      Sec. 22a-213a. Disposal of biomedical waste by generators. Each generator of biomedical waste shall submit to the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, in writing, the name of the person said generator has contracted with to dispose of its biomedical waste, the amount of such waste and the site of disposal.
