      Sec. 22a-256dd. Inclusion of expenses when determining rates. If the revenues generated by a directory publisher are included by the Department of Public Utility Control in determining the rates which may be charged by a telephone company defined in section 16-1 for telephone service, all expenses incurred by such directory publisher under sections 22a-256y to 22a-256ee, inclusive, shall be allowed by the Department of Public Utility Control to be included in the expenses of such telephone company for the purpose of determining its rates.
