524.1410 APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL BY SUPERINTENDENT. A national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association shall make an application to the superintendent for approval of the conversion in a manner prescribed by the superintendent and shall deliver to the superintendent, when available: 1. Articles of conversion. 2. As soon as available, proof of publication of the notice required by section 524.1412. 3.
