524.1412 PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Within thirty days after the application for conversion has been accepted for processing, the national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association shall publish a notice of the delivery of the articles of conversion to the superintendent in a newspaper of general circulation published in the municipal corporation or unincorporated area in which the national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association has its principal place of business, or if there is none, a newspaper of general circulation published in the county, or in a county adjoining the county, in which the national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association has its principal place of business. Proof of publication of the notice shall be delivered to the superintendent within fourteen days. The notice shall set forth all of the following: 1. The name of the national bank, federal savings association, or state savings and loan association and the name of the resulting state bank. 2. The location and post office address of its principal place of business. 3. A statement that articles of conversion have been delivered to the superintendent. 4. The purpose or purposes of the resulting state bank. 5.
