524.1506 CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT. 1. The secretary of state shall record the articles of amendment, and the articles of amendment shall be filed in the office of the county recorder in the county in which the state bank has its principal place of business. The secretary of state upon the filing of the articles of amendment shall issue a certificate of amendment and send the same to the state bank. 2.
