524.1510 EFFECT OF AMENDMENT. An amendment to the articles of incorporation does not affect a cause of action existing against or in favor of the state bank, a proceeding to which the state bank is a party, or the existing rights of persons other than shareholders of the state bank. An amendment changing the state bank's name does not abate a proceeding brought by or against the state bank in its former name.          Section History: Recent Form 95 Acts, ch 148, §133
